Personal Data Processing Disclosure (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by CloudotNet Tech as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

  • Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address.
  • Organization data: organization/company name and user role.
  • Account/login data: username and sign-in records.
  • Platform usage and activity records: tasks, documents, and workflows you create.
  • Technical data: IP address, device information, connection logs.
  • Cookie data: cookie information used to maintain your session and improve your experience.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Providing the service and managing your account
  • Ensuring security and preventing misuse
  • Meeting legal obligations
  • Improving the service and fixing issues
  • Communicating with you (notifications, support)

4. Legal Bases for Processing (KVKK Art. 5)

  • Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
  • Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller
  • Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that they do not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms
  • Explicit consent (where required)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent necessary to provide the service, your data may be transferred to cloud infrastructure/hosting providers and technical service providers; and, where legally required, to authorized public institutions and organizations.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through registration on the platform, account usage, and electronic forms/cookies, by automated and partially automated means.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed
  • Request information if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad
  • Request correction if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • Request its erasure or destruction
  • Request that correction, erasure, and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom data was transferred
  • Object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis
  • Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

8. How to Apply

To exercise your rights, you can send your requests to [email protected]. After your identity is verified, your requests are concluded within the periods stipulated by the KVKK.
