By using the services provided by CloudotNet (“the Platform”, “the Service”), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all services offered through cloudotnet.tech.

2. Description of the Service

CloudotNet is a cloud-based, multi-user business management platform offering task management, workflow automation, document management, and role-based access control. Its scope may change from time to time.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • If creating an account for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights
  • Harm the Platform, its infrastructure, or its users
  • Attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts
  • Upload or distribute malware
  • Use the Service abusively or for unintended purposes

Breach may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform (software, design, brand, content) belongs to CloudotNet or its licensors. Your uploaded data and content remain yours; we process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Level and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide an uninterrupted service; however, the Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data.

8. Suspension or Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account on breach.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure.
  • On termination, data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; we will notify you of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Gebze (Kocaeli).
