Task & Field Management: every job visible, from assignment to closure
CloudotNet Task & Field Management is cloud-based task management software that lets you follow the work you hand out to your team in one place, from assignment to closure. Faults and work orders, service and installation jobs, inspections and scheduled maintenance sit in the same list. Your field team closes jobs from their phone with photos and checklists, and you see it instantly from the office.
Problems it solves
Jobs get lost in chat groups
A job is posted in a chat and then forgotten. Every job becomes a record, so everyone can see who has it and where it stands.
“Done” — but no proof
Before / after photos, checklists or a signed report can be required. When a client or manager asks, you have dated proof.
Recurring work gets missed
Daily checks, monthly maintenance or yearly inspections are set up as recurring tasks; they open by themselves when they're due and go to the right person or group.
Nobody knows who is doing what
Card, list and Kanban views show who has each job and where it stands. Jobs go to a person or a whole group, and the “Overdue” filter shows anything stuck right away.
Month-end reports take days
Open, completed and overdue jobs are visible in real time. You see what the team delivered without waiting for month end.

Frequently asked questions
What does task management software do?
Task management software brings the work you hand out to your team into one place: who has it, where it stands, and when and how it was closed. With CloudotNet everyone, including the field team, follows it from their phone too.
How does the field team close a job?
Staff see their own jobs in the phone's browser, fill in the checklist, add before / after photos and complete the job with a single tap. No app download is needed.
How are recurring jobs tracked?
You define the job once as a recurring task: how often it happens, which person or group it goes to and which checklist closes it. When it's due, the job opens by itself, and late jobs show up in the “Overdue” filter.
Can I manage more than one branch, site or facility?
Yes. You open each one as a separate project, all under the same company account. You define your locations and follow jobs by location.
How many users can I add? Does the price change?
The number of users doesn't change the price. Create a free account and invite your whole team.
